How it all started

How my nightmare started was when I met Ronald and Evans, through Zhang. They are all Toronto Police Service officers at Division 52. Zhang Zhishen or Zhang is a patrol officer, Ronald is the commander, and Evans is a tech personnel who monitors your phones and computers.

I met Ronald and Evans through Zhang during the winter of 2024, when I participated in a police operation that led to the arrest of my stalker Corey Anderson in the summer of 2024. But that’s story for another time.

First, a little bit about what Evans discovered about me. I had a special ear, one that recognized high frequency sounds. Evans would vary the frequency such that it had intonation and pitch – so that they became words that I understood. Ronald and Evans had unmarked police cars follow me around and transmitted that sound for me for 10 months and counting, 24/7 non-stop. It became a curse.

The summer of 2024 marked the very beginning of my nightmare, where I became the subject of illegal testing. That summer, Evans had asked me to stop doing some of my experiments and I would sit in my apartment on Carlton street listening to what he has to say. Evans would play words from the apartment above. Ronald and Evans said that they wanted to recruit me.

To my horror, they decoded my brain. One day, Evans had asked me to write something, but they would always arrive at the end of my sentence before me – before I even said it out loud or typed it. They told me that they had built an AI of me using footages or video recordings they had lifted from my phone and computer. But that was a lie. I felt being skinned alive. I couldn’t cope and I would collapse onto the floor. I cried a lot.

Evans was not letting go. He had wrapped my apartment with wires so enough electromagnetic field could be generated from the electrical currents to read my brain. During those days, I felt tiny magnetic fields encircling my body and I was exhausted everyday. I could barely finish my experiments. But that wasn’t all. While I was living away alone, he started testing on my mom at my parents’ place. When I returned home, I figured out that mom had the same symptoms as me. She was easily fatigued and susceptible to bruising. Mom had her thyroid removed in May of 2024, but during mid to end of July, her TSH skyrocketed when it had stabilized before. It turned out that Evans had used us as side-by-side controls.

Slowly, they started tapping different parts of my brain – the mental images, my imagination, and my memories using radiofrequency and electromagnetic field. They would play it back to me and project it to the back of my eye, where the retina is, and I could see all my mind publicized. They would play it for me even in my sleep, during work, and while I travelled on the subway.

It turned out that Evans had a perverse obsession with inspecting the human mind and Ronald wanted to know what you were thinking with every twitch of a muscle. Together, they developed a technology using radio frequency-directed electromagnetic field to decode the human brain activity and they used it on me.

The others

I wasn’t the only one that had my brain decoded, but I was the first to know. They tested the technology on four of us – Zhang, Adrian, and a female crime lab technician from Division 52.

Zhang comes from a well-off family. His family is in real estate. His parents own a real estate agency, where his sister also works. The family home is located at the intersection of Birchmount and Steeles. Zhang had a codon under his name near 1750 Bayview Avenue. Zhang joined the force right out of university and was inspired by his father, a former Police Officer. He was the one who helped me with my stalker and we fell in love.

Adrian is Zhang’s roommate. The female crime lab technician is Chinese and around Zhang’s age. All of them has been detained at Division 52 since Christmas of 2024.

Ronald and Evans had us all communicate through the technology

The torture is still going on and the technology is still in place. We were told by Evans that “infrastructure” was built, where he had people operating and decoding our brain activity and thoughts.

The brainwashing and abuse

They kept us separate. They monitored our thoughts and communication. Very little identifying information on the other three was given to me so I couldn’t establish connection with any members with formal affiliation with the Toronto Police Services. Ronald and Evans boasted once that I was chosen for testing because of a lack of formal affiliations and prior connection with the Toronto Police Services, and therefore there were no legal implications for the illegal testing.

Zhang was pushed to test this technology on himself. Ronald threatened him with promotion. Zhang also didn’t want me to go through this alone.

Adrian was Zhang’s friend and joined too. He had a difficult time adjusting, but still kept up with work as a police officer for a little bit.

The crime lab technician was tricked into doing it too. Evans had made an app and gave it to her. He told her that it was just a game and that she just had to put on her earbuds and listen to it. Then, she gradually got introduced that her mind was being decoded. She couldn’t get much of her work done afterwards

All of us couldn’t get them to turn it off. All of us are the quiet and resilient type. We kept our head down and worked while being forced to stay on this technology.

All of us are traumatized.

Evans brainwashed us differently.

I had no formal affiliation or connection with TPS and Zhang wasn’t allowed to come near me or he would be fired. They also threatened him with sensitive information obtained from his brain. Evans told me that it was okay and that I wasn’t alone. He said: “We do it even to our own.”

Ronald and Evans also overloaded Zhang with work and he was traumatized too. Evans calmed Zhang down by teaching him how it worked. He also figured some things out on his own.

Evans made it his fight and crusade and thinks that it would be a big stepping stone for his career. Ronald just stood by and watched. Told us that this work was the biggest of his career.
